At Mr Nutty, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our food products, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns Eligibility

Because our products are consumable food items, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered.

However, we may offer replacements or refunds if:

  • the wrong item was delivered,
  • the product arrived damaged,
  • the product was spoiled upon delivery,
  • items were missing from the order.

2. Reporting Issues

If there is an issue with your order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. Refund Approval

Approved refunds may be issued through:

  • original payment method,
  • Mobile Money,
  • store credit,
  • replacement product.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • change of mind,
  • incorrect address provided by customer,
  • delayed deliveries caused by courier services,
  • products consumed or opened after delivery.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
